I don't envy food photographers. The few food shoots I have been on are like watching paint dry. You can work for hours getting the turkey to glisten just right. Or the sweat on a drink bottle to perfectly fall. Understanding just how difficult it is to work with future compost makes me appreciate these two artists that much more. Minimiam is a French/Japanese team who create tiny stories ON food. They are quite wonderful.
