St Petersburg State Academic Institute for Painting, Sculpture and Architecture is hosting an International Exhibition of Calligraphy. And because most of us won't be anywhere near Russia September 16th - 21st, you can peruse many beautiful examples on the website. Be sure to check out the student work, too.
