D is calling everything "super yummy" these days. I discovered The Walden Font Co last night and want everything on it! I am especially in love with the Wild West Press set. Forty seven fonts for the low low price of $49.
I love running across companies who are not afraid to be themselves. There is something wonderful about a beautifully designed item that bites back with a sense of humor. Knock Knock is full of great organizational products along with just funny stuff. Why not smile while you are running your errands!

No idea why I do these things, but right after I weaned our seven month old I decided to wean our three year old of the pacifier. Yesterday we made a trip to our local Labor and Delivery ward and left D's "pacis" there for the newborns. After dealing with a clueless information desk lady (how many times do I have to wink while explaining why we are there?) we met wonderful Nurse Patty who assured D that his lifeline to sleep would be delivered to the nursery.
Let's hope tonight is better than last night!
You all may have noticed that I have been bad about blogging lately ... summer is here and we are living outside. I have had a few days where I haven't even turned on the computer. Keep checking back. I am going to shoot for a couple of posts a week.
Our new house came with over 50 raspberry bushes. Yesterday I picked our first bowl full. D ate half of them. It is so fun to eat out of your yard. We also planted tomatoes (D calls them "matos"), carrots, cucumbers, green beans and corn. If you ever want to get a toddler to eat his veggies, just plant 'em.

Stumbled onto Wolda this morning and am SO inspired. Beautiful, conceptual logos from around the world.
I thought FOR SURE that I had featured Christopher David Ryan at some point in our blogging history. After ample searching I found that I have not. Ryan is a Portland, Maine based graphic artist. I absolutely love that he is not in NYC or San Fran. For some reason his location makes him more original. You can see his work here and here and here and here and here. All of it reminds me of the graphic art of the 50s and 60s.
